Sample Workout- Beginner Strength
Experience what a strength training workout is like for beginning exercisers. This user will have had some exposure to fitness but is still somewhat de-conditioned. Movements are instructed to meet the user’s familiarity with them and completed at a pace that allows for appropriate recovery and time to focus on form and mind/body connection.
Sample workouts on this site are representative and not specific to any particular user. In use, the user’s specific fitness program and individual workouts are based on fitness assessments and daily user feedback.
