Sample MetCon Workout for Experienced Athletes

This workout is representative of a Metabolic Conditioning workout designed for your most performance driven club members. In many cases, these members were Division 1 athletes or compete as amateur athletes in the sport of their choice. Coaching in these workouts focuses on efficiency, increasing comfort during physical stress, and affectively resetting the body through active recovery.

Sample workouts on this site are representative and not specific to any particular user. In use, the user’s specific fitness program and individual workouts are based on fitness assessments and daily user feedback.
