Elizabeth Robinson

Founder and CEO


Liz designed myViFit to meet the needs she observed from her 20+ years working in the fitness industry. As a certified group-ex instructor and personal trainer, Liz is a sought-after fitness pro with a reputation for challenging her clients and motivating club members with variety, smart coaching, and quality programming. Liz holds fitness certifications from AFAA, TSI and Schwinn Cycling. Prior to following her calling in fitness, Liz worked as a business development consultant and a NASD registered equity sales specialist. Through her relationships in both the financial and fitness communities, Liz was able to design and build the myVitFit platform along with the guidance of advisors that represent the best in their respective fields.  Liz holds an AB from Princeton University. 

Liz is a three-time cancer survivor who believes that her commitment to fitness and wellness has made all of the difference in her recoveries, and has contributed to her overall resilience. When not tirelessly working out Liz, along with her husband and son, retreat to their summer home in St. Thibery, France (where she’s still designing workouts).

Jeff LaBrot


Jeff has over 20 years of experience in finance working closely with companies in every industry and size from early-stage growth to some of the world’s largest public companies. His areas of expertise include capital markets, financial analysis, corporate strategy, development, and execution. Jeff also serves as an advisory board member at privately-held AtlasGO. He holds an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

Fitness has been a solid foundation throughout Jeff’s life from an early age and is shared with his wife and two young children.

David W. Halsell

Chief Technology Officer

David oversees all aspects of the design and development of VitFit digital products and platforms. David brings to VitFit over two decades of experience with Internet technologies and digital media, previously as Marketing Director at an athletic club, as a partner in a publicity agency, and with his own digital creative agency. David holds an MFA from Carnegie Mellon and was a faculty Research Associate at the University of Washington’s Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media. David still works in various capacities in arts and culture, and enjoys spending time in nature.

Advisory Board

Ivo Grossi

Ivo has 25 years of executive experience in the fitness, health & wellness industry.

Most recently, as CEO of SportsArt Inc, he repositioned the company as the green leader by bringing to market two cutting-edge lines of energy harvesting cardio equipment and connected app. 

Previously, he led the commercial operations of worldwide industry leader Technogym, substantially growing this premium brand in the American market. 

His leadership experience in business development and strategic growth further extends to wearables at Sensoria Inc., where he led and executed a worldwide go to market strategy, and to mind/body at Peak Pilates, where he overhauled the commercial operations. 

Ivo has a B.S. in business economics from University L. Bocconi in Milan – Italy. 

He teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork and writes about mindfulness, leadership, and conscious business on his blog. His articles and interviews have appeared on Forbes and many other international and industry magazines. More in Press.

Nina Israel

With over 25 years in business, Nina’s strength throughout her career has been empowering business owners to better manage their cash flow, improve efficiency, grow sales, and reduce costs. While her work with high-end country clubs sparked her dedication to excellent customer service, it was her love of numbers and passion for fitness that led her to create a financial education company specifically for the health and wellness industry. By fusing these experiences, Nina has helped numerous companies increase their profitability by reducing their financial stress, deepening their fiscal knowledge, and gaining new confidence when it comes to understanding their numbers.

Nina Israel possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, certifications from NASM, ACE, and the C.H.E.K. Institute and is a Certified Mindbody Business Consultant. When she is not working, you can find her with her family on a beach on the Oregon Coast or in her kitchen inventing scrumptious Mac ‘n Cheese recipes.
